Shipping Domestic

We strive to process and ship every order within 1-2 business days. However, during high volume times such as holidays, this process could take up to 2-3 business days. 
BFO offers free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. You can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days after it has been processed. 

Ground shipping is not available to Alaska and Hawaii

Returns

Purchases are eligible for returns for up 30 days after the original date of purchase for a refund. You will be refunded the original purchase price plus any applicable tax. If at the time of the original purchase your order exceeded $100 and qualified you for our free shipping offer you are entitled to free return shipping. If the original order value was under $100 customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We will gladly refund your shipping if the item was defective or the wrong item was shipped.

How to Returns

1. Contact us with your purchase order numbers.
2. Product must not be used or worn
3. Products must be in it's original packaging
4. If you are responsible to ship the return items, please make sure ito use carrier with tracking capabiltiy.
